The firm was started in 1992. Since Manning, South Carolina is a small town, we handle a variety of types of cases. The original focus of the firm was toward litigation (including traffic law, criminal law, domestic law and personal injury) but as the need has arisen, we now have a strong real estate department to assist our clients. Our clients enjoy our personal touches, and they know that we appreciate their business. We always strive to return phone calls promptly, to mail our clients copies of all correspondence, and to ensure that our clients are fully aware of the status of their cases and their options.

W. T. Geddings, Jr.
W. T. Geddings, Jr. is a lifelong resident of Manning, South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina and earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1985. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1988 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1995. He is a Court-Certified Mediator and has mediated numerous cases in South Carolina. He is also a Court-Certified Arbitrator.
Mr. Geddings is involved with the Sigma Chi Fraternity, local civic clubs, numerous legal associations, and is a member of Alice Drive Baptist Church. He is a frequent speaker on issues of leadership, risk management and various legal topics.
